- Assist the Account Coordinator with terminal-related concerns received from accounts daily.
- Prepares all supporting documents required for billing.
- Ensures window time for resolutions/closure of service issue/s is based on agreed service levels with accounts.
- Monitors and ensures that key support groups consistently follow all existing escalation procedures.
- Provides complete and timely reports and updates to accounts based on set deliverables of key support groups.
- Assists the Account Coordinator and Account Supervisor in preparing presentations to key accounts.
- Assist in preparing monthly service review presentations for key accounts and attend the same.
- Establishes filing and documentation of the encoding system of account and other official and business-related records
- Assist in all customer-related events or activities initiated by and/or for the company.
- Coordinates with the Operations Department in the pick-up and delivery of supplies, terminals, paper consumables, etc. to merchants.
- Provides complete and timely reports and updates based on set deliverables and deadlines with the Sales Manager
- Exerts best effort that the Quality Objectives are met; implements and/or carries out quality improvement activities and functions as Account Services Assistant as may be formally and officially defined by the immediate superior or by the executive management.
REQUIREMENTS
1. A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing and other related fields.
2. At least 1 year of work experience in performing executive and/or administrative functions3. Computer literate and knowledgeable in Basic Windows Applications.
4. Keen on minute details, flexible, systematic, and results-oriented.
5. Good in written and verbal communication skills.
6. Ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision.
