12708 – Casino Operational Analytics Manager (hybrid) – Miami, FL

Type: Full-time direct employment with Vitaver Staffing Client
Work Setting: Hybrid (onsite 2-3 days per week)
Required:
• Availability to work 60% of the time at the Client’s site in Miami, FL (required);
• Experience as an Operational Analytics Manager (8-12 years);
• Casino / cruise industry experience;
• Experience with Hyperion, Tableau, or comparable BI applications or query tools;
• Experience with MS Excel, Word, Hyperion, Tableau, or comparable BI applications or query tools.
Preferred:
• Experience with SQL, Java, Oracle, and data warehousing.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Through analysis of key performance data, identify ways in which yield from key revenue sources may be improved
• Utilize and enhance department KPIs and reporting to challenge the team and drive improvement in the team's results. Identify and implement corrective action when off-track.
• Perform ad hoc and regular cadence analytics and reporting that supports current goals and business initiatives
• Prepare and present an executive summary of analytical and operational results for the senior management on a monthly/quarterly basis
• Prepare and present proposals to support trials of initiatives. If approved, initiate trials on test ships, monitor results, and provide reports to senior management
• Monitor results of casino marketing initiatives and assist in analysis of data to inform future marketing plans and new initiatives
• Ensure processes are in place to measure the overall effectiveness of casino assets and ensure assets are continuously maximized
• Must be able to lift over 50 pounds.
• May need to stand for long periods of time.
• Travel: Less than 25% with non-shipboard travel likely.
