Quality Inspector I

Job Overview

Reporting to QA Manager, implement daily inspection at office or at supplier on-site, and support QA manager to do documentation of inspection data base, based in Guangdong Guangzhou.

QA Execution

1.Inspect FAI sample at Guangzhou office or on-site at supplier, such as dimension test, VSWR test, hardness test, tensile test, yield test, salt spray test etc.;

2.Sampling inspection on-site at supplier, besides do the sampling inspection, also needs to review the inspection ability of supplier, and control method for the key parameter (such as key dimension, hardness, tensile, etc.) together with SQE or based on the instruction from SQE.

3.Spot check for high running items and, implement a regular on-site check based on plan yearly;

4.Help to do other on-site check and audit based on the instruction from SQE;

5.Do the documentation of inspection data base and summary report as required (weekly/monthly/yearly);

6.Support SQE to create product inspection instruction sheet;

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Knowledge of operation testing equipment such as VSM, Vector Analyzer, tensile equipment, hardness test, spectrum analysis, microstructure analysis, etc.

Knowledge of reading the drawing in English;

Knowledge of the basic concept for quality management, sampling rate, AQL, the basic handle method when failure detected.

Familiar with office software application, word, excel, PPT;

Knowledge of antenna production process, casting, stamping, forging process is appreciated.

Self-management and initiative.
