Program Manager

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to work closely with a talented team in strategic planning and operational management.

Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning

Work closely with program sponsor to determine vision, project scope and requirements.

Operational Management

Clearly identify program stakeholders and keep them abreast and engaged.

Prepare reports for Service Delivery Operations / deliverables

Monitor the outputs and outcomes of a program's component activities and ensure that the program adapts appropriately to them.

Coordinate with stakeholders and inform them of complex issues that may impact the programPosition Requirements:

Formal Education & Certification

University or college degree in business administration or a related field or 10 years relevant experience in the Information Technology field.

PMP certification and/or ITIL certification strongly preferred.

Secret Clearance

Knowledge & Experience

Thorough understanding of the Development Lifecycle

Thorough understanding of Agile / SCRUM Management techniques and principles

Thorough understanding of ITIL techniques and methodology.

Understanding of cloud and web services (Azure, O365, AWS)

Knowledge of MS Office and working knowledge of program/project management software (Basecamp, MS Project, etc.) is a strong advantage.

Knowledge of front-end and back-end Portal development

Knowledge writing designing testing, troubleshooting document application code
