Position: Receptionist, Office Clerk
Assigned Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm with 1 hour lunch
Pay $14 per hour
Brief Summary of Job Duties
Receptionist Duties:
Assist customers by phone, walk in, or email in a courteous and professional manner using the customers come first philosophy
Scanning, renaming, moving, and filing customer documents. Ensuring that documents are sorted through and get to the appropriate place.

Maintaining annual files, creating new files for the upcoming years, as needed.
Assist in making payments from customers
Enter memos on invoices when notified that payment are coming in
Perform monthly inventory on office supplies and first aid by due date. Refill/stock and organize as supplies come in.
Responsible for sending emails in collection efforts on a weekly basis
Keep up with staff credit card receipts and ensure we have all receipts from the monthly statement
Help with coordinating and organizing large rental events documents
Assisting with various office tasks as assigned.
General Office Duties:
Stock mini refrigerator
Make coffee
Assist in office decorating for events and holidays
General regular cleaning at your station
Weekly scheduled cleaning
Skills and Qualifications:
Verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with customers, vendors, and other employees
Organization skills to keep accurate records
Maintain good attendance
MS Outlook
MS Word
Knowledge of basic office equipment
Ability to multitask
Promote a positive and safe working environment
