Job Responsibilities:
Full-time position
Schedules may vary
Manage daily operations in our blending and bottling location in Foley Alabama
Ensure safety and efficiency of the location
Test and monitor plant processes
Remain in compliance with facility standards in BMPS, SOGS, Environmental and Safety Programs
Monitor and Correct and Train in relation to PPE usage and equipment operations by operating staff
Assist in control to achieve company safety, production, and budget goals
Assist in personnel issues including documentation of verbal mentoring or corrective actions
Controls Inventory of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods
Preforms monthly audits and counts as well as be present for year-end financial audit count
Works with maintenance team in a collaborative and communicative manner
Acts as liaison between employees and the Accounting, Compliance, Risk, and HR departments
Makes sure employees have access to SDS, information, and forms
Works with materials coordinator / manager to get products in a timely manner
Maintains tank list
Make sure there are SDSs on file and accessible on the Central Information Server
Make sure incident reporting is done in a timely manner and all incidents are memorialized via correct and timely reporting
Reports to The Director of Operations
Assist the Director of Operations in any manner or location deemed appropriate by director

Oversees quality control of products
Ensures that orders are ran and ready for delivery
Responsible for annual budgeting inputs
Ensures that equipment is in proper working order and is preventatively maintained
Develops and follows a Preventative Maintenance Program
Experience:
A minimum of 5 years in operations field
A minimum of 3-5 years of management experience
High School graduate or GED equivalent
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook)
Required Skills:
Quick problem-solving ability
Strong team player
Excellent communicator and interpersonal skills
Able to manage, coach, and train direct reports
