Job Description

Nexeo is currently seeking a proactive Warehouse Worker to join our team and play a pivotal role in logistical operations. At Nexeo, we understand the importance of having dedicated and motivated individuals to ensure the seamless functioning of warehouse activities.

Responsibilities

•Collaborate in the efficient receiving, storage, and organization of inventory.

•Maintain meticulous records and conduct regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy.

•Execute precise picking and packing of orders as per provided lists or instructions.

•Prepare shipments meticulously, ensuring accurate labeling and documentation for seamless delivery.

•Safely operate a variety of warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to facilitate the movement and stacking of products.

•Adhere rigorously to safety protocols at all times.

•Uphold the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse environment. This includes tasks such as sweeping, debris disposal, and aisle maintenance.

•Contribute to maintaining a safe workplace by promptly reporting any hazards or safety concerns.

Qualifications

•Ability to handle heavy objects, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods. Endurance and strength are crucial for effectively executing warehouse tasks.

•Display a keen eye for detail and precision in inventory management and order fulfillment.

•Ability to follow instructions meticulously to ensure all processes are completed accurately.

•Excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to collaborate seamlessly within a team environment.

•Demonstrated willingness to support colleagues and foster a positive work atmosphere.

•Capable of adhering strictly to schedules and meeting deadlines in the dynamic pace of a warehouse setting.

Pay

$15.50 - $16.00 Per Hour

Schedule

1st Shift 6:00am – 2:00pm

2nd Shift – 2:00pm - 10:00pm
