NOW HIRING Machine Operators in LENEXA, KS!

Position responsibilities:

Verify information on work order is correct

Make press standard adjustments as required to ensure quality standards are met

Meet or exceed print efficiency standards

Monitor print assistant and QCI for adherence to procedures

Complete daily & weekly paperwork as required

Strong grasp of workflow, processes, and procedures

Complete maintenance logs and report press downtime as required

Maintain cleanliness of press & press area

Ability to use PMS color matching book & densitometer to measure dot characteristics and colorspace

Cross train in a minimum of one other area

Work in other areas as needed

Basic qualifications:

Machine Operator experience, 3-6+ months preferred

Ability to manage large workload while producing quality work in a fast-paced environment

Available for weekend work shifts & overtime as needed

Ability to communicate (read, write, understand) English

Understand and adhere to all safety requirements
