Job Description

Ideal candidates for this position are located in one of these states - CT, DE, ME, MD, MA, VT, VA, WV, PA, RI, NH, NJ, or NY.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to directly impact a mission-driven, energetic workforce who are changing the way people use energy. As the Partner Diversity Regional Lead, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating partnerships with Small Disadvantaged Businesses (SDB’s) in support of our business objectives. CLEAResult is a remote-first employer and allows employees to work remotely in their assigned territory.

Source and build relationships with Diverse Businesses (DBE’s) interested in becoming regional partners.

Prepare and execute on a regional engagement strategy and communication approach with SDB’s.

Formally engage a target number of DBE’s in regional partnerships.

Collaborates with various business functions across the enterprise to identify and include DBE’s for opportunities to support proposal and program requirements.

Work with program and proposal teams to interpret SDB requirements in requests for proposal, and develop diversity goals, participation plans, and other required documentation for proposals.

Manages workloads, priorities, and deadline requirements to meet the needs of internal/external customers with respect to proposals, data analysis, reporting, and Ad-hoc requests and approvals.

Monitor adherence to diversity plan goals on active, reportable programs during contract execution and work with program teams to track, report on and improve SDB performance.

Analyzes data and produces monthly, quarterly, and semiannual reports for internal analysis and reporting as needed.

Deliver training initiatives to educate internal stakeholders on SDB and diversity requirements, programs, policies, and systems.

Assist in compliance reviews with Internal/External Audit, and other oversight agencies as required.

Collect and disseminate partner capability and pursuit information; may facilitate introductions to BD, program, and buying groups.

Validate partner information and conducts market research and intelligence as needed.

You have a minimum of 8+ years’ relevant experience.

You have an advanced degree or related experience (bachelor’s degree minimally required).

You have experience in developing DBE Subcontracting and Participation Plans and DBE Subcontract Reporting.

You have demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams to achieve projects cost, performance, and schedule requirements.

You have the ability to create and maintain trusted relationships with internal and external customers.

You communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, with all levels of management and individual contributors.

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are evident in how you perform your work.

You will thrive in high-volume, fast-paced and feedback-driven environments.

Cross-functional communication comes naturally to you.

You are able to travel as needed for business.

You’re highly self-motivated and energetic in your work.

Compensation Range:

$85,000 - 105,000 / year USD

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example

Compensation Range $81,400.00 - $122,100.00
