Job Description

Work for an exciting company in commercial real estate. The position will start as a temporary maternity leave for six months. If you love this national real estate company and they love you, they will find you a full-time position.

You will be responsible for:

Answering phones, filing, ordering supplies, taking care of office equipment

Assisting with special projects

Taking tenant calls and handling them as necessary

Assisting Property Manager with budgets and other reporting requirements

Coding payables and receivables

Input into real estate software specific to the property

Any experience in real estate, especially commercial real estate, is a plus. MS Office, with strong Word and Excel needed
