We are seeking a dynamic, innovative, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing financial organization, where you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans, driving brand engagement, and leading digital marketing campaigns to promote our products and services. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about the finance industry, has a knack for creative project management, and is adept at leveraging various marketing channels for lead generation.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

2. Plan, organize, and execute high-quality events to promote our products and services.

3. Drive digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, Google Ads, and other digital channels.

4. Create compelling content and copywriting for marketing materials, campaigns, and social media platforms.

5. Conduct market research to identify new marketing opportunities and understand customer preferences.

6. Manage paid social and paid media strategies to maximize ROI.

7. Utilize Adobe Suite and Microsoft 360 for creating and editing marketing materials.

8. Lead creative project management, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

9. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

10. Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and drive sales.

11. Develop and manage the company's brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.

12. Oversee the design and production of promotional materials and advertisements.

Qualifications:

1. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the finance or real estate industry.

3. Proven experience in event planning, brand engagement, and driving marketing plans.

4. Proficiency in digital marketing campaigns, social media, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft 360.

5. Experience in creative project management, campaigns, copywriting, and paid social and paid media.

6. Strong understanding of brand strategy, digital media, content, lead generation, advertising, events, market research, and graphic design.

7. Familiarity with Go To Market strategies and Google Ads.

8. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

10. Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude.
