Job Details

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or at least 4 years combined education/experience in skilled trades or relevant fields (design, sheet metal stamping, process, QA, CAD, or assembly).

Basic working knowledge of die/process/manufacturing, assembly, and/or press feasibility.

Knowledge of core tools, control plans, PFMEA, APQP, PPAP, and customer specifics.

Problem solving, data analysis, GD&T, SPL, CM4d and data collection.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Satisfaction: Cost, Quality, Delivery, Concerns/Conflicts

Launch Projects: APQP, PPAP

Establish and Maintain project open concerns matrix.

Supplier and In-house Coordination and Follow-up.

Research & Development/ New Technology Assistance.

Maintain Engineering Specifications.

Manufacturing Engineering VA/VE - Quality Concerns.

Adherence to launch methodology processes.

Intra-organizational contact.
