Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Permanent Litigation Associate to join our dynamic legal team.

Great opportunity for an Associate looking for bench and trial experience

Responsibilities:

Conducting legal research and analysis on various litigation matters

Drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents

Assisting with discovery requests and responses, including drafting and responding to Interrogatories

Preparing for and attending depositions, hearings, and trials

Collaborating with clients, experts, and other attorneys on litigation matters

Managing and prioritizing a high-volume caseload

Providing exceptional client service and communication throughout the litigation process

Areas of Concentration:

Premise and General Liability Defense

Construction

Hospital and Medical Malpractice

Products Liability

Professional Liability

Trucking and Vehicular Liability Defense

Qualifications / Requirements:

Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar, Strong writing, negotiation skills, and academic record.
