Established in 1994, Optimum Operating Procedures & Services (OOPS) is a well established market research and training company that prides itself on quality mystery shopping reports. Using our own OARS software, OOPS seeks to employ staff that are diligent in report writing and customer service focused. Our clients are varied, however are mostly in the Registered Club industry, including RSL, Leagues and Bowling Clubs.

Requirements

All applicants must be over 18 as there is a gaming component to most of our reports. You must also have access to a car and computer, as reports are completed online through a secure website. You must also have easy access to private or public transport.

To be a successful applicant you must have good observational and writing skills as reports require both statistical and comment responses. You must also be willing to utilise various gaming facilities (poker machines, TAB, Keno) in order to complete these reports.

An Application Form and a Trial Evaluation report must be undertaken for us to establish your level of observation, ability to complete a report by a deadline, and report writing skills. Assignments will only be offered on successful completion of the trial evaluation.

We currently have 5 positions to fill and are looking for people located around the Greater Sydney region.
