Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management & Content Creation:

· Develop compelling and creative content for social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.

· Plan and execute a content calendar aligned with marketing objectives, seasonal campaigns, and industry trends.

· Monitor social media trends, user engagement metrics, and audience feedback to optimise content performance.

· Collaborate with other team members to produce content that meets brand standards and guidelines.

· Head up community management across all accounts; engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

· Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on content performance, insights, and recommendations for optimization.

· Advocate for brand consistency across digital marketing communications.

Sales Support & Event Management:

· Collaborate across functions to support sales efforts and design integrated online and offline marketing campaigns.

· Facilitate and coordinate marketing events, including sponsorship, field days, and webinars.

· Create event materials and sales collateral with consistent branding and messaging to help drive sales outcomes.

Brand & Strategy Development:

· Work closely with the Marketing Lead to develop and execute brand and marketing strategies in line with the annual marketing plan.

· Help drive digital marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness and drive lead generation.

· Support media communications and public relations efforts.

Skills and Experience:

· Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

· 2-3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role

· Demonstrated experience prioritising and successfully delivering multiple initiatives within deadlines.

· Ability to work well in a team or independently to support business goals and objectives

· Excellent relationship building and strong communication skills

· High attention to detail and strong analytic and problem-solving skills

· Proficiency in digital platforms and a quick learner of new technologies

· Previous work with social media content creation, management and advertising.

· Previous experience in event planning and coordination.
