Project: We're supporting a well-established customer that works on a critical and high-visibility mission. The team is tremendously talented and we need to add a seasoned International Engagements SME with a strong foundation in policy interpretation and drafting to work on the growing number of customer requirements. Previous experience working on-site to support the DoD and the intelligence community is highly desirable.

Minimum Requirements:

Must have active TS/SCI security clearance and be willing and able to obtain CI Polygraph.

Bachelor’s degree (4 additional years of relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree).

5 years’ minimum experience working in the field of international engagement in the IC/DoD environments

Desired Skills and Experience:

Experience reviewing and drafting MOU/MOAs for both IC and foreign mission partners.

Experience substantively contributing to the development and coordination of bilateral/multilateral security classification guides.

Prior participation in MASINT operations or research and development efforts from a technical contributor level.

Experience in international engagement policy development and/or review

Familiarity with national-level guidance and directives on bilateral, multilateral, FVEY, and other types of engagement relationships.

Experience working partner engagement issues within the Defense Intelligence Enterprise & Intelligence Community (to include ODNI, NGA, NSA, NRO, Service 2s, Combatant Commands)

Experience organizing foreign visits, briefings, working groups, and conferences involving foreign partners

Day-to-day: In this role you will be part of a critical Intelligence Community (IC) MASINT mission providing a multi-faceted team with subject matter expertise in international engagement policy, strategy, and execution. You will conduct foundational research into existing and future partner relationships for our customer both within the IC and internationally at times drafting the MOU/MOAs and integration roadmaps that will drive the mission. On this team, you’ll be one of the key contributors to the office’s engagements supporting events like briefings, working groups, and conferences.

Our salary ranges are market-driven and set to allow for flexibility. Individual pay will be competitive based on a candidate’s unique set of knowledge, skills, and geographic diversity, with earnings potential commensurate with experience. The range for this position is:$115,000.00 - $191,000.00 annually.
