As a home improvement canvasser, you are our first impression, the face of our company, engaging with homeowners in their neighborhoods to offer them our wide range of services. Your primary goal will be to generate leads for our sales team by initiating conversations and providing information about our products and services.

We provide great opportunities including a competative hourly wage, and a generous 3% bonus on any completed projects from leads you set, with an average project size of over $20,000 this provides an average bonus structure of over $30,000 yr in addition to the base hourly rate.

Responsibilities:

Identify homes that need our services for roofing, siding and windows

Proactively approach homeowners in assigned neighborhoods to discuss their home improvement needs

Gather contact information and set qualified leads

Qualifications:

Previous sales or canvass experience is preferred but not required, we will provide training for motivated individuals

Excellent communication skills

Self motivated, with a positive attitude

We are a preferred home exteriors remodeling company who cares about our employees and our customers. We are a growing company with room for advancement. We offer a competitive wage, and a 3% bonus on all completed sales. Monthly bonus can range from $1k to $6k for the right person.
