Job Description
This position will work closely with the General Manager on a variety of tasks from the recreation side of the organization to the Property Owners Association side of the organization. This candidate will be the first-person guests will meet when entering the facility. This is NOT a remote job.
Days - Monday-Friday (30-40 hours per week)
Hours - Shifts may vary between 7am-5pm depending on scheduled recreation activities.
Responsibilities include:
Assists the General Manager in returning emails and phone calls.
Assist with the process of the Architectural Review Committee.
Oversee the Deed Violation process with the GM and creates deed violation letters under the direction of the GM.
Assists the GM with board and committee meeting packets, room set-up, postings, etc.
Assists in renting rooms when needed.
Assists in coordinating event volunteers, details, etc.
Purchases supplies.
Maintains the vending machine and tracks sales.
Maintains the website and is responsible for ensuring all board and committee agendas and minutes are uploaded to the website in a timely manner.
Assists in processing homeowner closing quote requests, resale certificates, etc.
Assists in balance inquiries.
Applies assessment payments to accounts.
Creates letters for delinquent owners under the direction of the GM
Compiles and organizes files
Assists with the quarterly newsletter
Assists the aquatic team with administrative functions when necessary.
Assists in setting up pickleball and volleyball nets.
Assists with light janitorial duties when needed.
Maintains a clean and safe work environment at all times.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a property management or recreation field.
Thorough understanding of MS Office software and ability to adapt to new software packages quickly.
Must be a quick learner.
Social Media knowledge
Knowledge of billing procedures and budgeting
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
Patience and ability to manage stress
This is a hands-on role, so an attention to detail and a desire and ability to "wear multiple hats" are absolute musts.
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Must have the desire to problem solve using conflict resolution practices and techniques.
Must have reliable transportation
Willing to be CPR/First Aid Certified within the first 60 days.
Routinely lift, carry and move materials weighing 50 pounds
Required to stand, walk and sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms. Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 50 pounds.Company Description
