As a Licensed Advisor (Education Savings Specialist), you will focus on selling RESPs to parents looking for educational savings solutions for their children across Canada. The role is primarily outbound calling from warm and cold lists supplied. Reporting to the Team Manager, this remote position offers a base salary ranging from $60,000 to $65,000 plus commissions, with a lot of other perks!
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Base salary: $60,000 - $70,000 plus bonus
First Year OTE: $75,000 - $87,000

OFFICE LOCATION AND SALES TERRITORY:
Head office - Mississauga, ON
This is a hybrid role with 2 days working from the office, and 3 days working from home
Sales territory: Canada Wide
Full-time - Monday to Friday - 9 am-5 pm (Some evenings and Saturdays may be required in the future)
EXPERIENCE, BACKGROUND & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
1+ years of outbound sales experience
Experience in wealth management/financial services would be considered an asset
Bachelor’s degree or college diploma
Strong phone presence, adept in inbound and outbound calling
Excellent verbal/written communication, listening, and presentation skills
Bilingualism (French/Mandarin/Cantonese) an asset
IFIC or CSC certification would be considered an asset
