Job Description

Wanted a full-time Business Assistant to report to the President of Pittsburgh Embossing Services.

COMPENSATION:

Full-time, hourly rate based on skill and experience

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Data-entry of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable in QuickBooks

Create purchase orders and invoices in coordination with the Sales Department

Inventory control (picking parts, organizing parts)

Data-entry of customer contact information and notes in CRM

Prepare weekly staff meeting, remind staff about outstanding items

Answer phones, maintain files, and office suppliesREQUIREMENTS:

Ability to clearly and professionally communicate with customers and staff.

Ability to draft and clearly communicate via email.

Attention to detail, organization ability a must

Accurate data entry skills required

Candidate should possess basic computer skills.

Ability to work Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Contributes to team effort by completing necessary tasks, may be asked to assist in other areas

Able to use and operate a computer with basic Microsoft office programs
