Slot Attendant/Bingo Clerk PT

Purpose of Position: Observe the assigned slot section and provide excellent guest service.

Sell Bingo cards and pay-out prize money in a courteous and efficient manner.

Responsible for customer notification and enforcement of all house rules.

Create a fun gaming experience for our guests.

Job Responsibilities and Duties: • Exchange currency and cash TITO tickets for our guests.

• Make minor repairs and adjustments to machines.

• Keep guests informed on events and promotions that are scheduled at Table Mountain Casino.

• Promote the Player's Club and all Casino-wide promotions.

• Responsible for receipt and return of Imprest bank and sales revenue.

• Verify and reconcile issued inventory items.

• Perform manual cash transactions proficiently and accurately.

• Complete all documents involved in daily duties accurately.

• Assist guests with playing paper bingo cards and computers.

• Ensure computer equipment is in proper operating condition.

• Communicate with the Bingo Caller to ensure verification of winning cards.

• Monitor assigned section at all times.

• Upsell and assist guests with various purchase options.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience: • High school diploma or equivalent is required, unless otherwise waived by Human Resources Management.

• One (1) year of cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

• Requires the ability to effectively explain machine pay tables, exchange currency, and cash TITO tickets while providing excellent guest service.

• Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate excellent guest service skills.

• Basic computer skills and general knowledge of Bingo required.
