Role Overview:

In this newly developed role, you will spearhead strategic marketing efforts to enhance brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across multiple channels. You will oversee all aspects of marketing, driving new initiatives including digital marketing, content marketing, branding, advertising, community management, and market research. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the annual marketing plan, marketing calendar, and campaigns.

Formulate data-driven marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for B2C channels.

Manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Performance Max, search, PPC, and paid social.

Lead content marketing efforts across social media, website content, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.

Oversee e-commerce campaigns and the overall e-commerce ecosystem.

Manage social media, websites, apps, e-blasts, newsletters, and search campaigns.

Measure and analyze campaign performance, optimizing initiatives based on data-driven insights.

Ensure consistency and alignment of branding and messaging with the company's mission and values.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns.

Partner with the operations team and Director of e-Commerce to drive lead-generation and sales strategies in the clinic and online.

Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, informing marketing strategies.

Stay updated on industry trends and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

Other duties as assigned. Qualifications:

Bachelorâ s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Masterâ s degree preferred.

8-10 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, with a proven track record of success.

Strong expertise in digital marketing, including proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Performance Max, Google AdWords, paid social, search, and PPC.

Demonstrated proficiency in content strategy, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, web content, and e-commerce platforms.

Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.

Resourceful, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work and think independently. What You Will Receive:

Compensation: $80,000 to $110,000 base depending on experience + bonus opportunity.
