Audit Manager (CPA)

Paradigm is searching for an Audit Manager (CPA) to support our client, a well-established CPA firm. In this role, you will lead audit engagements, manage a team of auditors, and ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial statements for a diverse client base. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement after the initial six months of onsite work, providing flexibility and a supportive work environment.

As an Audit Manager (CPA), you will:

Lead and manage audit engagements, including planning, execution, and completion phases.

Review financial statements and audit reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

Supervise and mentor a team of auditors, providing guidance and support for professional development.

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored audit solutions.

Identify and resolve audit issues, ensuring timely and accurate completion of audit assignments.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.

Requirements

Our skills and experience wish list includes:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting.

Active CPA license required.

Strong experience in single-audit, financial and internal audits.

Strong understanding of GAAP and GAAS.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
