HDR's Construction Control Corporation (CCC) is seeking an experienced Constructability Plans Reviewer to join our Florida Construction Services team. These positions will be located at our client site in Pompano Beach, Florida.
Primary Responsibilities
Perform constructability and biddability reviews
Perform field reviews for mainline and expansion projects
Perform detailed traffic control analyses of each proposed phase
Review construction schedules to assist managers with recommendations for resolution of issues.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience on FDOT or FL Turnpike projects is a strong plus
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or closely related field
10 years related experience in various aspects of construction including estimating, bidding, preparing purchase orders and subcontracts, scheduling, and field engineering
Professional Engineer (PE) license
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Bluebeam, estimating & scheduling software, and web-based document collaboration software
Experience developing and managing construction engineering and inspection programs
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
