PURPOSE:
The Colourist in the Post Production team will be expected to work on a range of creative edits varying from Campaign, Runway Show, Social and Internal Communication films.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Working with Creative Leads to replicate realism in skin tone and product matching.
Contribute creatively to look and feel of the film.
Collaboration with a range of stakeholders including external creatives directors and DOPs
Liaising with Creative teams for feedback sessions.
Preparing assets for grade and other post work
Quality control the asset and version it to appropriate delivery specs
Oversight and ownership of the online process. Conforming VFX work and quality checking the finished results.
Working across Tier 1 campaigns
To support around Runway shows
To help support the ‘Next generation’ department IT road map for workflows
Expanding and developing Burberry Post production team workflows and process

The quality and creativity of the colour grading created by the artist
The ability to collaborate effectively with Art Directors and Post producers and external creatives
Meeting deadlines and delivering work within budget with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Meeting KPIs set by Head of Film Post Production e.g. Commerce deliveries
The ability to deliver high-quality VFX that meets the client's vision and expectations.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
Experience and proficiency with the following software:
Expert knowledge of DaVinci Resolve
Understanding of the process for preparing content for Grade in DaVinci Resolve
Good working knowledge of the Adobe suite including: Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop and After Effects
Experience in managing media for VFX work in software such as Nuke
Bonus if the candidate has a knowledge of pipeline for 3D
Passion for creating high-quality and visually stunning video content
