About the Role

The ServiceNow Developer is an integral part of Latham's Technology team. This role will be responsible for the design and development of custom applications on the ServiceNow platform, while participating in process flow analysis and process redesign along with stakeholders and team members.This role will be located in our Global Services Office located in downtown Los Angeles office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Other key responsibilities include:

Performing intermediate to advanced level development tasks within the Service Catalog and most modules within the ServiceNow platform

Creating and/or maintaining Service Catalog items, some of which require complex catalog development experience and knowledge

Creating and or maintaining components such as Server-side scripts, ACLS, Business Rules, UI Actions, UI Policies, AJAX using languages such as Javascript, Angular, and Python

Developing client-focused solutions in the following modules - Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, Knowledge Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Virtual Agent, Service Portal We'd love to hear from you if you:

Display the ability to manage, organize, and disseminate information effectively

Demonstrate excellent administrative, organizational, and coordination skills

Possess the ability to follow defined process and learn new concepts quickly in order to test and support the administrative functions within ServiceNow And have:

A Bachelor's degree; a minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

A minimum of two (2) years of experience on the ServiceNow platform; a minimum of two (2) years of IT business related experience

Pay Range

USD $110,000.00 - USD $130,000.00 /Yr.
