Laboratory Support Associate

The Client Service Representative provides customer service to physicians, nurses, families, clients and any facility utilizing laboratory services. The Client Service Representative communicates critical, alert and other lab results/clarifications to the responsible party.

Schedule: Part-Time, 10a-630p with flexibility to cover an occasional 3p-1130p shift, rotating weekends and holidays, benefits eligible

Acts as a resource for customers regarding Laboratory services

Documents client communications and concerns using the customer relationship management system

Communicates critical, alert and other lab values to the responsible party

Coordinates courier transportation of laboratory samples

Processes supply requests and maintains supply inventory

Knowledge, Skills, and Education Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

One to two years clinical laboratory experience perferred.

Minimum Physical Requirements:

Sitting Constantly (67-100%)

Talking in-person/on the phone Constantly (67-100%)
