We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and talented Program Manager for 12+ Months project that we are delivering for one of our clients located in Pleasanton, CA.

Our client is a national non-profit Healthcare leader who is leading the way in technology, medical innovation, research and sustainability.

Description: * One of our client is working on an analytics transformation initiative to increase speed to market and gain efficiencies by building a new SOI platform that will enable on demand and self-service report and BI capabilities.

* The transformation exercise will drive organization and process changes.

* Our Program Manager will manage the efforts of the various sub teams, maintain project plans, track deliverables, prepare presentation and other program deliverables for executive stakeholders.

* A program manager will manage Program.

* They manage a project utilizing proprietary process for Project Management.

* They also manage supply and demand to ensure adequate resources are available and delivery commitments are met.

* They act as the primary interface for the business partners and the initiative.

* They manage timelines, status reports and statistics.

Responsibilities: * Proven intimate knowledge and management experience in the area of Program/Project Management, devising strategy and managing Program Effectiveness teams, which includes demonstrating the following: Assessing client projects for areas of risk, identify gaps and recommend areas for improvement * Leading large-scale PMOs, applying appropriate project management techniques to oversee and/or support a complex work stream or a number of less complex work streams * Facilitating any number and/or level of meetings and workshops with a client and/or PwC team members.

Required Skills: * Minimum Years of Experience: 10 with at least 5 years of consulting experience with project management * Business process redesign * Organizational development * Process improvement * Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree Preferred Skills: * Degree(s) Preferred: Master's degree * Certification(s) Preferred: PMI * Highly Desirable: Strong experience in Agile software development * Knowledge Preferred: Demonstrates proven extensive knowledge in Enterprise Transformation efforts, through directing, managing, implementing and executing business and technology related solutions and project teams that involve any of the following set of offerings: * Shared Services and Outsourcing Advisory (assessments, design, business case development, outsourcing assessments and readiness etc.) * IT Strategy (planning, performance management, IT effectiveness, benchmarking, operating model etc.) * Systems Integration (Architecture, Application development, systems and app rationalization) Skills * Preferred: Proven extensive abilities with designing and managing a project and work stream implementation plans related to process improvement, which includes the following: * Utilizing thorough functional knowledge and industry standard methodologies and tools, as well as creative problem-solving abilities to devise solutions, related to training, change management, and program management.

* Proven extensive abilities to execute strategy and deliverables, as well as write, communicate, facilitate, and present cogently, to and/or for, all levels of industry audience, clients and internal staff and management, which includes the following: presentation slides, practice marketing materials, change management plans and/or project plans, workshops for various internal and external clients and audience levels, practice methodologies and tools, policies and procedures, whitepapers, other standard business communications.
