Busser PT (Casual Dining)

Description:

Ensure table and seating presentation meet guest services standards. Provide excellent service for any guest requests.

Responsibilities:

Bus tables according to sequence of service procedures.

Carry dirty dishes from the dining room to the kitchen.

Set tables with silverware and glassware.

Replenish supply of clean linen, silverware, glassware, and dishes in the restaurant.

Respond to any guest requests. Service beverages to guests.

Responsible for keeping restaurant and bussing area clean.

Assist servers when necessary.

Assist Bartenders regularly with restocking when necessary.

Change kegs when necessary under the direction of bartender or supervisor.

Carefully and properly stack trays.

Provide prompt, courteous guest service at all times following the Casino's guest service standards including proper greetings and farewell.

Must maintain a smile and pleasant body language.

Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent is required, unless otherwise waived by Human Resources Management.

Six (6) months of work experience required. Food and Beverage experience preferred.Must be able to work Nights, Weekends, and Holidays
