Our Loan Officers are consistently receiving the most, and highest quality inbound leads in the industry.

As a Mortgage Loan Officer you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting clients in navigating the mortgage loan process.

Responsibilities * Provide sales support, strong communication, and world class service to customers, processors and management from loan pre-qualification to loan closing, while maintaining production standards at minimum acceptable levels as set by management.

* Complete mortgage applications using Company loan product system, including initial required documentation and stipulations.

Must ensure compliance with company policy and government regulations.

* Maintain production reports for leads and sales contacts, pipeline and other pertinent sales activity reports.

* Effectively manage and follow-up on leads generated through various Marketing Department efforts.

Experience * Minimum of 2 years experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer, preferably in a call center or similar fast-paced environment.

* In-depth knowledge of mortgage loan products, industry regulations, and underwriting guidelines.

* Must have knowledge of Government and Conventional loan products.

* NMLS License * Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and customer service goals.

* Proficient computer skills, including experience with mortgage loan origination software.

* High school diploma or GED Mr.
