The Office Student Involvement is seeking candidates for Office Assistant role. Office Assistants contribute their skills and talents in supporting the every day operations within the Office of Student Involvement.
Main Responsibilities:
Provide a high level of customer service via in-person and virtual communication
Assist with office tasks, such as Posting Policy and Student Travel Policy approvals and processes, when applicable
Coordinate processes for supporting Recognized Student Organizations, including mail distribution and communication
Provide added support to the OSI team on projects as needed
Learning Objectives:
Office Assistants will develop their customer service skills
Office Assistants will develop their time management skills
Office Assistants will develop their critical thinking and problem solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Motivated and able to work independently
Able to openly and effectively communicate with OSI staff, other students, faculty, staff, and visitors
Maintain a high level of discretion
