Principal Technical Program Manager

Come join the Small Business Group - Product Development, as a Principal Technical Program Manager for Workforce Solutions.

The SBSEG Delivery PMO's Mission is to accelerate the outcomes of the SBG organizations by driving for clarity among chaos and uniting cross-functional teams to operate with velocity.

In this role you will drive and optimize delivery for the Workforce Solutions and QBTime organization and drive top growth and innovation outcomes for Small Business customers through your leadership of a team of program managers doing the best work of their lives.

Responsibilities * Portfolio * Ability to quickly come up to speed and program manage the SBSEG Workforce Solutions and QBTime portfolio high priority deliverables independently * Demonstrate an operational mindset, to identify and/or simplify portfolio level processes enabling the org to operate with ease * Understand the technology landscape and connect the dots across key pillars to simplify the 'why/what/how' * Be the PMO Team Leader working with a team of high caliber program managers to establish consistent best practices for program execution and craft excellence * Partner with the Workforse Solutions Leadership Team to unblock/guide program teams' delivery * Become an established leader with cross-functional leaders (PM/PD/XD) * Mitigate risk and solve problems through innovative ideas and solutions * Strategic problem solving skills, with an ability to easily identify areas of opportunity to streamline * Be a leader/teacher who role models leadership and domain expertise * Provide an informed point of view on our platform strategy * Demonstrate all Intuit values * General * Thrive in establishing order and clarity amongst ambiguity and chaos.
