For more information, visit Position Summary: Amkor is seeking an Organization Development Manager who will be responsible for leading our efforts in organizational planning, workforce development, and community outreach.

This position will focus on establishing and nurturing partnerships with educational institutions at all levels and developing comprehensive outreach programs aimed at talent identification and development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organizational development, strategic planning, and community engagement.

This role does not have direct reports but requires a highly collaborative approach, working closely with internal teams and external partners.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Lead organizational planning initiatives for an onshore factory to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

* Develop and implement strategies for organizational structure optimization and process.

* Conduct workforce planning analyses to identify talent needs.

* Collaborate with teams to support talent acquisition and retention strategies.

* Establish and maintain partnerships with universities, community colleges, and high schools to identify and attract emerging talent.

* Develop internship and apprenticeship programs in collaboration with corporate HR and educational institutions.

* Coordinate with academic partners to align educational curricula with semiconductor industry needs, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.

* Design and lead outreach programs aimed at community engagement and talent development.

* Documenting policies, performance targets and managing communications with both internal and external partners associated with workforce development planning.

Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.

* Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in organizational development, workforce planning, or a similar role.

* Proven track record of developing and implementing successful organizational and workforce development strategies, preferably with manufacturing environments.

* Demonstrated experience in establishing and managing partnerships with educational institutions.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external partners.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Proficiency with MS Office and HRIS; SuccessFactors is a plus.

* Prior experience working in a diverse, multi-cultural environment is preferred.

Location: Tempe, AZ.

This position has a hybrid schedule.

Candidates must reside near the local Amkor office or be willing to relocate to be considered.
