Please visit our website to learn more about our mission and continued success: How you will contribute: As a Commercial Application Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in integrating our cutting-edge Rubi Protein solutions into diverse food markets.

Your expertise will not only facilitate technical adoption but also drive significant industry impact, helping us lead a sustainable food revolution.

What you will be working on: * Act as the primary scientific liaison between Plantible and strategic partners, guiding the adoption of our novel solutions in commercial food production.

* Lead collaborative projects with R&D and Business Development to refine and enhance product offerings based on market needs.

* Engage in hands-on product and commercial development; from lab formulation to scale-up to commercial manufacturing processes.

* Initiate and deliver compelling presentations to demonstrate product efficacy and value proposition to stakeholders.

* Perform in-depth market research to uncover trends, emerging technologies, and opportunities for Plantible's existing and potential future products.

* Collaborate with internal teams to create technical documentation and marketing materials that highlight the benefits and applications of our products.

* Represent Plantible at trade shows, conferences, and other relevant events, delivering presentations and sessions that highlight Plantible's value proposition.

* Regular travel to customer sites to support technical needs, fostering strong professional relationships and advancing sales initiatives.

What you bring to Plantible: * Advanced degree (Ph.D.

or M.Sc.

preferred) in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

* Minimum 3 years of experience in technical roles within the food industry, with a strong preference for expertise in functional ingredient application.

* A relentless drive for results, demonstrated through a history of surpassing bold growth targets, clearly establishing product-market fit with new products/compounds.

* Demonstrated ability to manage and execute commercial projects.

* Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently; comfortable with providing and receiving candid feedback.

* A nimble mindset, embracing the speed and ambiguity of a startup environment.

* Proficiency in industry-standard processing, formulation, and testing methods.

* Know how to build strong and trusted relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions.
