The Casualty Claims Analyst Team is seeking an experienced claim professional to handle personal automobile and homeowner casualty exposures through the life of the claim.

The selected candidate should exemplify Amica's culture, creating peace of mind while building enduring relationships with our customers.

The selected candidate will manage, evaluate and negotiate complex casualty claims.

The adjustment of claims from multiple states is required.

The selected candidate may work from home but is expected to reside near the designated branch location and report to the office on an occasional basis for training, team engagement, and developmental purposes.

The position will require travel to attend proceedings such as mediations, arbitrations and trials.

Some overnight and/or extended travel may be necessary.

The selected candidate will also periodically assist with various casualty claims initiatives, including assisting with technical training, pilot programs and other assigned projects.
