Provide administrative support to the Vice President of GenAI and Sensei and one Senior Director
Maintain calendar, coordinate scheduling, filter and manage commitments
Arrange all domestic and international travel arrangements
Coordinate special projects and events: Off-sites, social and team building activities, client and staff meetings, quarterly all-hands meetings
Process business expenses and purchase orders on behalf of the VP
Regularly collaborate with cross-functional Administrative & Executive Assistants and provide back up for vacation/illness
Assist VP's direct staff and others in the department as needed
Look for opportunities to streamline efforts and improve processes
Ability to handle frequent interruptions or changes in priorities while remaining flexible and calm under pressure
Proven time management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environmentHere's what you'll need to be successful in this role:
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
Strong attention to detail while working effectively with minimal direction
Clear and concise communication
Ability to remain flexible, embrace change and manage expectations in ambiguous or challenging situations
Handles confidential information with integrity and exercise discretion
Juggles multiple demands simultaneously, from the mundane to the more strategic and prioritize conflicting requests and deadlines
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) and other office productivity tools (Slack, email, calendaring).
Positive, proactive, and can-do attitude in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Ability to work regularly onsite at the Adobe San Jose location required
Flexibility to work outside normal business hours as dictated by business needsPay Range:
$42.00 - $46.00/hour
