Leader escalations and communications * Define multi-org product & operational standards, dashboards, and processes * Drive continuous improvement across multi-org program teams enabling product & operational excellence * Drive/ challenge discussions with experts achieving optimal outcomes * Influence program outcomes to align with Intuit's technical & business strategy * Bring outside-in learnings to the team * Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders across Product Development, Product Management, Design, Marketing, and Customer Success Develop a close working relationship with the portfolio stakeholders to ensure that the team is focused on the highest priority programs, and is helping deliver the most value to our customers * Develop common mechanisms for keeping key stakeholders informed on the portfolio progress, risks, and issues
