Commercial Loan Underwriter

Oak Valley Community Bank is currently seeking an experienced and qualified Commercial Loan Underwriter for our Oakdale or Roseville location.

This on-site position will deliver quality service and ensure loans are underwritten, analyzed, documented and processed according to bank policy.

Duties include but are not limited to: * Analyzing personal and business tax returns and/or financial statements for commercial/business requests in accordance with loan policy.

* Preparing financial spreads and loan narratives that support a credit decision.

* Working with lending personnel to determine appropriate loan structure.

* Informing team members of loan decisions/recommendations based on a review of all underwriting criteria.

* Reviewing commercial appraisals.

Desired candidates will have a high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED), Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 3-5 years of commercial loan underwriting experience consisting of lending and financial analysis.

Job Details: $70,000- $125,000 annually Job Type: Full time Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skills levels.
