We are looking for a Human Resource Assistant to support the HR and Reception departments.

This individual will be responsible for performing Receptionist duties for the Front Desk every Sunday from 8am-4:00pm, as well as Administrative support to the Human Resources Department 3 days per week. This is a Part-Time benfit eligible position Sunday-Wedenesday position.

Responsibilities:

Operate paging/telephone system as required.

Follow COVID procedures and guidance and ensure all visitors comply.

Basic experience using Microsoft Office and computer systems.

Answer telephone, determine nature of call and direct caller to appropriate individual or department.

Receive requests from within the facility and locate personnel through paging system.

Receive inquiries and release information in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Maintain a current file/listing of residents by name and room number, emergency phone numbers of on-call personnel, department extensions, key personnel, etc.

Greet and give information to visitors, guests, residents, sales representatives, etc.

Issue and collect identification badges as visitors sign in/out.

Report suspicious persons/information to supervisor immediately.

Assist with administrative duties as directed (Includes typing, filing, etc.)

Operate copier, office machines, etc., as directed.

Other related duties and responsibilities that may become necessary or appropriate.

Cross trained in the HR onboarding process, including conducting background checks, checking licenses, scheduling health screenings.

Filing employee files according to Federal and Local DOH guidelines

Sound judgment and problem-solving skills.

Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion

Moderate knowledge with MS Office/Excel/Outlook

Excellent communication skills, organizational skills

Filing all HR related paperwork, Excel spreadsheets up to date as needed.
