Ogilvy Ireland is seeking a disciplined, highly motivated Junior-mid Producer to help us on our continuing journey to becoming the most exciting 360-degree creative communications agency in Ireland. Reporting to the Group Creative Director, this role plays a vital part in the project managing and production of every aspect of the creative production process i.e. above and below the line asset production, working with internal and external teams to produce assets, managing resource, managing timelines and production budgets, and delivering copy per media plans.

Specific areas of responsibility cover:

360 Production Process:

Manage every aspect of production process (from pre-production, production to post-production) upon approval of creative development.

Work with Account Teams and Creative Teams to create 360 project management schedules. Circulates the schedules to all stakeholders and reports on the status at each WIP.

Create communications protocols within the team – e.g. agrees project naming conventions to use in subject lines, defines how information is stored/shared and how client feedback is shared.

Work with the Account Teams and internal vendors to manage these project schedules – ensuring that critical dates are calendarised and delivered upon.

Quality Control:

Ensure that all creative assets are approved by the Group Creative Director before being shared with Account Teams for Client approval.

Ensure that production specifications are clearly understood by studio artists and that artwork, films, and deliverables are finished accordingly.

Ensure the selected production process is commensurate with creative requirements.

Asset Delivery Management:

Work with the Account Teams to ensure that creative deliverables are accounted for in each project plan.

Execute the media plans ensuring all actions and timeframes are considered and communicated.

Work with internal vendors and suppliers to ensure the brief specifications are understood and incorporated into the delivery mechanism.

Act as liaison between internal vendor’s to ensure that copy rotations are approved and dispatched.

Manage the execution of media plan either directly with Client or through Account Teams as appropriate.

Gather dispatch instructions & monitors file dispatch.

Broadcast Copy Instructions:

Work with the Account Teams to ensure that creative deliverables are accounted for in each project plan.

Execute the media plans ensuring all actions and timeframes are considered and communicated.

Work with internal vendors and suppliers to ensure the brief specifications are understood and incorporated into the delivery mechanism.

Act as liaison between internal vendors to ensure that copy rotations are approved and dispatched.

Manage the execution of media plan either directly with Client or through Account Teams as appropriate.

Gather dispatch instructions & monitors file dispatch.

Intellectual Property:

Purchase stock images/both still and video on behalf of the Agency as approved by Client.

Create a central IP curation system which covers usage contracts by client and campaign, system triggers to flag expiring IP.

Work with Account Teams and Finance team to oversee and continuously inspect this process.

The ideal candidate will have:

Strong demonstrable experience in advertising/PR, film, or content production, with experience in project management and budget management.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to find workable solutions.

A strong background in project management with the ability to execute a project from concept to completion within the agreed timeframes.

Ability to work collaboratively and managing conflicting priorities with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Capability to demonstrate courage and conviction in your role and responsibilities.

An understanding of traffic and resource management.

An interest in creative communications.

Strong budget management skills and ability to develop accurate cost estimates.

Understands the importance of hitting deadlines within the industry they work in.

Works with strong attention to detail.

Strong communication skills with a positive demeanour.
