P & C Insurance Producer at Toro Insurance Group

Job Description

Toro Insurance Group in Peoria, AZ is looking for one p & c insurance producer to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and engaged.

1. Bilingual Spanish Speaking Agent Preferred - Not Required

2. Must Have Open Availability for Evenings, Weekends, & Potential Holidays (Excluding Easter, Christmas, and Thanksgiving)

a. Hours of Operation:

Monday-Saturday: 8AM to 9PM

Sunday: 9AM to 7PM

b. Possible Scheduled Shifts

Monday- Saturday

· 11AM to 7:30PM

· 12:30 PM to 9PM

Sundays

· 9AM to 7PM

Weekday Evenings

· 5PM to 9PM

c. In Office Training Schedule:

Monday – Friday

· 9AM to 5 PM

3. Preferred Qualifications:

a. Bilingual in English & Spanish

b. Bachelor’s Degree

c. 1-2 years of Insurance Sales Experience

d. In Depth Product Knowledge of Property and Casualty Products which includes coverage types, policy terms, and up-to-date industry regulations.

4. Basic Qualifications:

a. Must have Active Property & Casualty Insurance License in Arizona.

b. Proficient in utilizing CRM tools like EZLynx or Salesforce to manage client interactions, track all leads, and streamline communication.

c. Must have at least 1-2 years of call center experience, prior sales experience, or experience with Account Management.

5. Job Responsibilities:

a. Ability to analyze client needs, assess risks, & recommend tailored insurance solutions.

b. Demonstrate Proficient Underwriting for All Product Lines to evaluate risk.

c. Focus on Maintaining and Expanding New Referral Partner Relationships to Generate New Business & Expand Client Base.

d. Meet/Exceed Sales Expectations by Cross-Selling & Servicing other product lines.

6. Compensation/Benefits:

a. Negotiable Salary Depending on Experience

b. Unlimited Opportunity for Commission based on Sales Performance.
