Construction Project Manager

Insight Global is looking for a Construction Project Manager for a construction company specializing in building, remodeling/revamping commercial and industrial buildings and spaces.

Required skills:

5+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager

Must have strong experience with civil, architecture, and structural engineering

Experience with managing Big Box, Industrial, Storage and Manufacturing Facilities

Manage project budget, bi-monthly cost budget forecast and all required and regulated project documents

Plan, look ahead, schedule and endeavor to ensure that schedules are kept, and the job is completed on time

Experience with managing Structural Steel and Precast projects/ builds

Ensure the work is performed in accordance with the drawings, specification, budget and local codes

Review quality control of work performed by trades and quality assurance that work is as per drawings, specifications and budget

Compensation:

$__95,0000__/hr to $_110,000 /hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
