Masterdata Specialist

Job Summary:

Help the business to structure master data management and efficient use of system support and to program TS5 for category management.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Master data daily

Keep and maintain master data in a standardized and global manner

Participate in various forums representing the master data team

Answer all matters related to master data globally

Upload marketing assets in database

Gate keeper

Introduce new employees of relevant departments to master data set up and applications

Create and maintain user documentation and user training

System

Gather development needs, produce needs specifications and test and validate new features

Keep system backlog

Develop calculation basis for range changes

Provide support and proactive service of available tools

Gather needs and develop verification tools to ensure optimal quality of master data

Application configuration (MDS and Dynamics AX)

Creation and upload of new skus

Creation of promotions in AX

Program TS5 with products and category elements

Qualifications

Disciplined, Organized, Service-oriented, Creative, Stress-resistant, Quick to learn, Pedagogical and Good communicator

Education: IT, Relevant University Degree

Work Experience: 2 years of work experience in similar position

Language Skills: Fluent in English language, other European language would be considered as a plus

Other Skills:

Good knowledge of departmental processes.

Business understanding.

Interested in system support.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
