Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or a related field together and PMP Certified
Minimum of 5 years in a Project Manager role managing, leading and directing major capital projects in a complex institutional environment, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
Experience in construction, real estate, facilities, land development, or architectural environments
Experience in clinical environments within Canada
Expertise in design-build
Knowledge of healthcare systems/applications/equipment

Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager to join the Real Estate and Facilities team with one of BC's leading health authorities.
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and supporting feasibility, design-build and implementation of facilities projects across the health authority ranging from $500 thousand to $25 million. Responsibilities include leadership and oversight of large project teams of internal staff and consultants. The position requires strict understanding and adherence to procurement policy, RFPs, estimating, permitting, cost tracking, decisions tracking and making recommendations and decisions on technical scope considerations. This resource will be required to make on-site project visits along the coast.
