Prepare and sterilize media and perform pre-incubation procedures.

Assess growth promotion, inhibition, and indicative properties of media.

3.

Conduct viable environmental monitoring of classified areas and utilities.

4.

Maintain cultures from the American Type Culture Collection (ATCC). 5.

Perform microbial limit tests on raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
