As the Head of Employee Compliance technology, you will blend performance and technical expertise with a passion for delivering results.

In an agile format and structure, you will partner with other leaders across the enterprise to influence the broader strategic decisions and roadmaps, define the resource requirements, set the mission, and bring the delivery teams together to execute on specific results supporting Employee Compliance program including Ethics Compliance and registration & Licensing Compliance.

You will ensure alignment on the "what" and "when" of the work performed by the delivery teams through ongoing planning and prioritization, to enable the teams to work using Agile process, experiment where vital, celebrate successes, and learn from failures.

You will also be committed to maintaining and developing your own expertise and knowledge to ensure you bring the latest thinking to your role The Team Compliance technology provides strategic technology support to Enterprise Compliance teams.

Compliance technology is currently going through a transformation to simplify and modernize technology solutions while continuing to be a strategic advisor to the business.

The Expertise You Have * Bachelor's Degree * 10+ years of validated experience (software engineering / development), financial services experience * Proven executive experience leading enterprise technology solutions by leveraging Agile methodology * Prior experience in Employee Compliance technology * Deep technical knowledge of various data and analytics technologies * Proven leadership experience in leading transformation, technology innovation and quick POC of emerging technology solutions * Experience leading, coaching, and developing people and teams * Outstanding collaboration skills to negotiate and influence business leaders across the enterprise * Strong spirit of flexibility and experimentation, accompanied by a "fail fast" mindset * Preferred experience of leading the system with multiple upstream and downstream real-time synchronizations The Skills You Bring * Data-driven approach to understanding client needs, you effectively translate strategic objectives into action, and prioritize to improve value delivered * Continuous improvement approach * Work collaboratively to deliver agreed business outcomes, drawing on the expertise of colleagues to advise the approach and remove impediments to making progress * You will provide strategic technology leadership to business partners as they evolve their business models * You will lead and maintain production stability, remediate IT Risk, quality objectives and optimize operational cost The Value You Deliver * Defining, refining, and communicating the mission and roadmap of delivery teams to empower and establish teams and partner support and alignment * Anticipating, discovering, and prioritizing client / partner needs * Defining, evaluating, and communicating results against acceptance criteria while removing impediments * Collaborating and coordinating with Chapter Leaders and Scrum Masters to build delivery capacity and capability and enabling team member growth, development, and learning * Making informed trade-off decisions to strike the right balance between quality, cost, and timelines * Supporting and enabling team members to be effective, productive, and innovative * Developing cross company and industry partnerships to align and move the product forward * Participating in client and industry meetings to understand their strategic vision and aligning to the product roadmap * Delivering business results and customer value / identifying critical metrics to measure results The base salary range for this position is $124,000-$262,000 per year.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package.

Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
