Job Description: Veaam Product Manager

Role Overview:

As a Veeam Product Manager, you will be working on increasing the market share and visibility for the assigned product, train, guide, and support sales team to achieve vendor’s and company sales targets (GP & revenue).

What will you do?

You will be ensuring revenue growth, channel growth, and increase in geographical reach for the products assigned.

You will research and study of Aptec’s position/market share per region / channel segment.

You will be developing marketing plans annually and quarterly, working closely with marketing team for implementation and for measuring each event success rate.

You will be designing Reseller Programs for different Channel Segments to insure the right penetration and sales of different product segments to the right Reseller Segments

You will manage maximizing the use of Vendor Marketing Funds (according to Vendor contract and system). If Extra funds are needed, should be clarified in the Marketing Plan and should get approval to use part of GP or Aptec’s Fund)

You will attend resellers training and seminars.

You will maintain a healthy topline (Revenue) and bottom line (GP) for the products assigned.

You will be monitoring sales pipeline and ensuring closures through sales teams.

You will be managing and planning rebates achievement by achieving the assigned sales targets.

You will be maintaining healthy vendor relations to garner maximum support for business aspects.

You will be handling the development of close relations with the vendor at every level.

You will be working with the vendor to achieve Ingram’s targets as well as Vendor target.

You will be maximizing the support Ingram gets from Vendor in all business aspects.

You will ensure compliance with vendor contracts, reporting requirements, territory rules etc.

You will be training, supporting and guiding Sales Team and BD Team.

Here is what it takes to be one of the team:

You have excellent knowledge of Veaam of technical nature.

You are a graduate with 4-5 years relevant/industry experience.

You have a minimum of 2 years Gulf experience in an IT distribution or a multinational environment.

Sales & sales related technical certification on Veaam products.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

You have excellent time management and planning skills.

You are a decision maker and could work under pressure and time constrains.

You can simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

You have strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
