Job Description

To strengthen our Private Brands, we are looking for a Professional International Logistics in Kazakhstan who will be responsible for collaboration with service providers, managing order workflows, overseeing order fulfillment and will play a key role in organizing cargo transportation.

Responsibilities:

Ensure product availability in stock through a seamless supply chain on assigned suppliers and product categories

Ensure the purchase orders are placed and fulfilled

Confirm shipments and process deliveries

Provide documentary support for orders and deliveries

Communicate and coordinate production and shipment priorities

Manage and oversee multimodal delivery channels

Develop partnerships with factories and forwarders, broadcasting the company's interests

Contribute to the process improvement

Requirements:

Completed higher education, preferably majoring in purchasing or logistics

Strong knowledge and 2+ years of relevant experience in international purchasing and/or international transportation logistics (transportation company, retail, wholesale or manufacturing)

Experience of working with foreign suppliers and/or forwarders

Good knowledge of Incoterms, purchasing and transport documentation

Basic knowledge of supply chain fundamentals

Good knowledge of Excel and Google sheets, knowledge of LOOKUP function, pivot tables is required

Good knowledge of English (B2+) and Russian
