The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, overseeing, and developing a high-performing sales team to drive company revenue. Responsibilities:

Lead and Manage Sales Team Activities: Oversee daily operations, ensuring the team meets or exceeds sales targets while maintaining high standards of discipline and integrity.

Establish Sales Territories, Quotas, and Goals: Develop clear sales territories and set ambitious yet achievable quotas and goals, promoting a culture of excellence.

Analyze Sales Statistics: Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance team performance and business outcomes.

Track Results and Trends: Regularly monitor sales metrics for accurate business forecasting and strategy adjustment.

Report on Performance: Provide comprehensive reports on team and individual performance, highlighting successes and areas for development.

Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement innovative sales strategies that align with our values and drive growth.

Build and Form New Partnerships: Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients, ensuring mutual respect and integrity in all dealings.

Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, with prior supervisory or managerial experience.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM platforms spreadsheets is essential.

Leadership: Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving common goals.

Communication: Excellent ability to build rapport with clients and maintain effective communication within the team.
