Matric plus N3 in the engineering field

Trade Test certificate in brick laying, carpentry, plumbing, roofing, painting, fitting, electrical, ect

Project Management qualifications and working experience in construction environment.

Experience compiling and controlling project costs.

3 years supervisory experience

Knowledge of Food Safety, Construction Regulations and/or General Safety

Strong leadership and supervisory skills.

Physically mobile and fit

Computer literate and effective in the use of Microsoft Office

Driver’s license

DUTIES

Manage the Programme of work, coordinating resources.

Manage quality of work and Materials

To care for safety, oversee and

Conduct inspections, prepare defects lists and determine the necessary remedial work.

Draw up scope of work and technical specifications for project.

Setup & conduct tender meetings, with the help of the Procurement Department.

Assist with the compilation of Capital Applications for each Project.
